Brand identity

Sphera is the leading provider of sustainability management software, supporting its partners in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance. The company engaged Commercial Type Studio to evolve its visual identity as it prepared for accelerated growth under new ownership.

The visual identity centers on the idea of a fingerprint: Sphera operates with humanity in mind and partners with its clients to leave a positive mark on the world. The S icon, known as the “Sphera fingerprint,” consists of three interweaving lines, symbolizing the company’s focus on the three pillars of ESG performance. Furthering the fingerprint concept are kinetic patterns that combine brand elements and symbolize data in movement.
